Why bother asking Frank aren't the democrats above the law? The rules do not apply to them only to those that are not like them, namely republicans! They live in a sick twisted world where they can do no wrong and everytime something bad happens they never man up they just continue to blame others so maybe we'll stop looking at their inherent flaws.
Just last week O'Brien blamed the republicans for the shootings in Tuscon. I think he needs a psyche evaluation himself! They should have made him take a test before he had a child just to make sure he was fit to be a parent! Dragging that poor child around like a rag doll is reprehensible.
Their problems will certainly continue as they let their members like Sherwood and Lopes continue to be employed by the party as campaign operatives. Gerratana should do herself a favor and rid herself of them including her son, and then maybe she stands a chance against the mayor. Enough said......

McCluskey needs to work 3 years in the Malloy administration to qualify for a lifetime $100,000/year pension. If this appointment falls through, he'll have to hustle around to find something else!

McCluskey is as liberal as those will approve his appointment.

Danny Boy couldn't have found a better qualified appointment for the parole board other than Tercyak's fellow jail bird David McCluskey.

Arrested last year at the same radical protest as our own Representative Tercyak, who could have a better understanding of the parole board than a state representative that himself has been a prisoner?

Both arrests were reported in the same paper that is now questioning McCluskey's qualifications to serve (Hartford Courant 6/1/2010).

Perhaps this same paper will eventually get around to questioning Tercyak's qualifications to serve too?

If the Senate needs a photo for the confirmation hearing, perhaps McCluskey can get them a 8 by 10 of his booking photo?

I guess Danno wants Parole Board members who have experience on the wrong side of the law.

This way you can expect the board to open the flood gates and let'em all go:

Way to go Danno.

This is what happens when you elect a radical extremist to be governor, and he didn't even win 50% of the vote which means that more than half the population did not want this socialist to be their governor!

These guys are setting a perfect example. I can't think of a better place than jail for any Democrat.
