This is why Connecticut would have been much better off with a governor more like Chris Christie of New Jersey. Governor Christie recently removed a Supreme Court Justice, as is his authority in New Jersey, because the judge had a long history of legislating from the bench.

Governor Christie then appointed a judge with a record of following the "rule of law"

Governor Christie should be commended for doing the right thing inn protecting the rule of law for New Jersey.
