The best way to reverse the decline of this state would be to follow the example set in Wisconsin and outlaw public employee unions--which are already illegal in 26 states, but as long as we have a socialist controlled legislature, the corruption gravy train will continue to run straight to the unions and the decline will continue and even increase.
