They will simply park their planes in a tax friendlier state, for example, this will make our tax higher than NY, so the millionaires and billionaires will move their planes to Westchester County airport and say "screw you" Connecti-tax
They only have to changed the state registation and Gov. Malloy's tax plan is out the window for boats and planes,
