You mean a Democrat can't be a double dipper? Where's that crackpot Gerrantana to vicously attack this double dipper? Cat got her radical tongue?

The taxpayers should be paying their auditor to be out selling houses?

This is why our state residents are being soaked with taxes.

Finally, The Courant raiuls against this double- dipping, left wing, liberal Democrat! How about it John McNamara, is this OK too?

There is a huge difference in these 2 stories. When Tim Stewart was talking of temporarily keeping both jobs, it was the best interests of the people of New Britain that he was looking out for, by planning to maintain the integrity of the budget process that was underway. Democrats came unglued at the thought that the mayor would work so hard looking after our interests-which would also have the effect of interfering with one of their own immediately getting into the mayor's office and getting all that he could for himself.

Now, when this Democrat talks of double dipping, it is simply for doing what Democrats seem to do best, lining their own pockets--usually with some of our money. In this case Democrats are apparently rejoicing at the idea of this selfish liberal planning to do what all Democrats are expected to do--take all he can get for himself and to heck with the people he is supposed to be serving. He is proving to be so extremely selfish in this case, that even the left wing liberal media is turning against him. Now that is selfish!

Typical sleazy trick but true to form with those who preceded him - look at what's in their pensions.

Regardless of his pronouncements that he would never do real estate work on "state auditor's time", what a crock! Who could ever be in a position of checking what Geragosian does during the day, in or out of his office?

John, you were HANDED a lifetime, cherry job. YOU SCREWED UP! Surely, the Democrat controlled state ethics board will look the other way.

This situation exemplifies what a phony baloney Gerrantana is. She couldn't stop shooting off her fat mouth over Tim Stewart's plan to keep the mayor's position if he was elected even though his plan was for the benefit of the city.

Now a Democrat wants to take his $144,000 state salary while going around selling houses for his family real estate business, and since the auditors are appointed by and apparently work for the legilsture, where is this phony baloney to speak out against this selfishness by a member of her own party that actually works for the legislature that she represents?

Could anyone be more of a phony baloney?
