I guess he will be free to do what he wants, because I would expect the Department of Consumer Protection, the agency charged with licensing real estate agents and investigating complaints against real estate agents, to be too scared to ever go after this license holder, because of the perceived threat of retaliation he is in a position to take against them as the state auditor.
Everyone in state government runs scared of the auditors, and the perception is that he is in a position to excercise great power over the agency charged with policing his business, and whether or not he would take retalitory action, the perceived threat is real and for that reason he should be required to turn in his license for as long as he remains auditor.
Shouldn't the chief state auditor be an experienced certified accountant? What does a real estate guy know about auditing?
More wasted taxpayer dollars. And we wonder how "Motocross lady" bilked the state for years collecting disability and how "old man" collected unemployment fraudulently for years.

Conflicts abound with the New Britain Democrats:
Mr. Geragosian has been a realtor since 1984 and had been a State Representative for 16 years, during which, he served as the Chairman of the Insurance and REAL ESTATE Committee.
Garaghosian is giving Conflicts Catanzaro some stiff competition for the most conflicts of any radical extremist Democrat!
What is this world coming to anyway
when John G. is appointed to state auditor?
Part-time realtor, won't be taking calls and fielding real estate questions while on state time? BS.
He can have his mother/broker handle his real estate business for him. LMAO
typical Democrat, apparently only interested in what he can get for himself.

John G. State Auditor? This guy knows nothing about finances or auditing. Political plum appointment to a favorite democrat, and the republicans have one too in Bob Ward. An even dumber appointment! Guy is a lawyer, has his time in for state service pension and they give him the most cushy job in the state? For what so he can qualify for a bigger pension. All a bunch of hypocrites Frank! Just sayin.
