What I meant by this comment is that, simply because New Britain "sells" a piece of property for, let's say, $5million dollars one year, one can't expect that the City will be able to get $5 million from the same piece of property every year for ongoing expenses.
Yes, an anticipated sum was projected from the sale of the Pinnacle Heights property; we all know what happened to that deal! The City had to cover that shortfall in other ways.; April 27, 2011 at 12:10 PM
