By the way, he is the Economic Development Director for the City of Waterbury, and he said it was even more asinine that Danno Malloy plans to borrow over $1 million to study the need for a busway from Waterbury to Bristol, so you apparently wrong about Governor Rowland's motives. Perhaps he simply understands a total and ridiculous waste of our money when he sees it!; April 4, 2011 at 7:14 PM

This is nothing but a sweetheart deal between Danny and his bed mates, the State Employees Unions, the purpose of which is meant only as a suck up way to offset any concessions they may give.; April 4, 2011 at 7:35 PM
