When Lowball Whacker (Lowell Weicker) was elected Governor, he ran on the platform "enacting a CT state income tax would be like throwing gasoline on the fires of recession". Guess what HE did right after HE was elected?

Gov. Weicker put in a state income tax! Guess what happened to all of that extra tax revenue? It was gobbled up by the state of CT to create new departments and hire more and more and more state employees!; May 4, 2011 at 8:36 PM
