I'd rather give Candelori the $100 million he wants for a fancy new sewer plant. Give it to the teachers, give it to Candelori, makes no difference. Either way you are flushing good money down the toilet.
As long as Doris is still here pitching her B.S. and as long as she leaves behind, the same incestuous network of administrators and BOE membership that is currently in power, I wouldn't give them an additional dime.
I was at the hearing thursday evening and I noticed that the Council Mayor Pro Tem gave Doris "nods" of approval when she finished her, "...we burn for the kids" speech. Doris Kurtz has been in town ten years and has not invested a penny in this city yet she took everything - gifts - she received from the city and cried all the way to the bank. See you later Doris. Thanks for NOTHING.
I know, just tax those evil rich people more to pay for all the freebies!
