LIKE IN CA. POLICE CANNOT ARREST POT DRIVERS BECAUSE IT IS OK TO SMOKE POT AND NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR INABILITY TO DRIVE WHILE ON POT.

NORWICH, Conn. (AP) - Drivers in Norwich are expected to experience some traffic nightmares as the result of zombies in the area...
I knew we had a bunch of zombies under the gold dome in Hartford, but how did they get to Norwich?
(for those of you who attended inferior public schools, zombies are the walking dead like Gerratana, O'Brien, Tercyak, etc.)
