During the 2013-2012 pre-election process, all candidates met at NBHS. When Mr. Obrien was asked about the economic plan he had for NB. His response was "I will breath fresh air into the city of NB". NB does NOT need fresh air but a sound plan to establish jobs and continue the growth. Remember he did not obtain funds for our schools and what has bill of his has reduced our taxes?

something is wrong with this picture!

Where's the little baby, or did the lease run out and he had to return him to the rightful owner?

I have little doubt that O'Brien would agree with this sneaky attempt to shove the state employees into Sustinet socialized health care. Maybe if he is elected, the city employees will have someone takeover their decision making about their personal health care too!

As a public relations move for his campaign, he should hand out disinfecting towlettes to every person he shakes hands with so they can wipe off the sweat off their hands.

How are you going to keep taxes down in New Britain ( with a higher mill rate due to the state LACK OF SPENDING and a budget you voted to approve) you will have more abandoned property simlply because homeowners will no longer have the means to pay.

How many of your bills have actually pasted?

Thankfully most of his bills failed because they were too radical even for his fellow Democrats, like the one where he proposed doubling each and every fee charged by the DMV.

O'Brien did vote for giving free health care to the employees and their children of any business doing contractor services for the state.

Guess who pays for this?

If you are one of the 48% of CT residents who actually pays taxes, you do!

He also voted for giving those huge tax refunds to the 52% of the people who do not pay taxes. That's right, tax refunds for people who don't pay taxes!

I have little doubt his mind is scheming to figure out another way to trick the state employees into accepting Sustinet--a system of socialized medicine that would make the destruction caused by Obamacare seem harmless.
