We are witnessing the biggest assault on Connecticut businesses in history.
New Gingrich was 100% correct when he said the the Democrats are the party of unemployment checks while Republicans are the party of paychecks.
Just look at how CT Democrats are destroying businesses for the sake of their socialist agenda.
I'm a state employee who gets 15 sick days per year. I never, ever use one when I am sick. I save them and use them for when I want to go away. I think most people go to work when they are sick, and use the paid sick leave to go to the beach, take a long weekend or whatever. Last year I went to Disney for a week on sick time. The best time to use them is in conjunction with a holiday weekend, and since the state rates you on how many occasions you use, the best way to use them is to take 5 days all at once and it counts as one occasion. I guess that is why so many people are calling this the forced vacation bill?
