Attorney Paul Zagorsky submitted old historical facts of when Mayor Pac's administration granted easements for the purpose of allowing a sewer line through Stanley Park with the Attorney General Robert Killian intervening.
Attorney Zagorsky has always with all his past presentations included all communications to and from the current Attorney General's office however, he has inadvertently omitted the City's Corporation Counsel's letter whereby he states that only pending issue regarding the Golf Course property is an application for a zone change before the Common Council which has nothing to do with the deed from Mr. Stanley to the city of New Britain citing that the entry of the Attorney General's office into this matter is "premature."

Yes, PLAN "B" - is the location for the Costco Store at the junction of Route 71 and Route 9 in New Britain.
The Plan "B" will also allow Costco to utilize the locked in section of land also located in the town of Newington CT, that will also generate property taxes for both New Britain and Newington.
Today, only one store located on Route 71 in New Britain area can sell food commodities that in not allowed in the WestFarms complex?
And, that store is Target and since Target is located in the town of New Britain, is not bound by the WestFarms Mall Association rules and regulations that do not allow super markets to be located in the WestFarmMall complex.
That is why Costco will be stocking and selling foodstuffs and household supplies, etc. at it's New Britain location.
Frank:
I have read Mr. Zagorsky's letter in the Herald today; in his letter he continues to do what he has done at Council meetings on three or four occasions, continue to give his interpretations of the Stanley deed and insist that his is the correct interpretation.
I assure Mr. Zagorsky that NB's Corporation Counsel and the attorneys in that office are as competent as he feels he is in interpreting legal documents.
Zagorsky is part of the group of the same people who come to Council meetings to voice their same objections again and again. After a couple of weeks of research, these people come back and perhaps offer a new wrinkle to add to their objections or to dis certain Council members.
Mr Zagorsky ended his letter in today's Herald by suggesting that only his interpretations are correct. He goes on further suggesting (my opinion), discussions so far are insincere and based on mistaken ideas and innuendo.
Zagorsky gives no clue as to what he is referring. This is unfortunate and in my opinion an example of an attorney being hypercritical and damning of city officials who are trying to do what they can for the health and general welfare of all NB citizens. Zagorsky's remarks are, in my opinion, on the same accusatory level as some of the comments leveled by Assistant Attorney General Karen Gano at NB City officials.
Democratic extremists like our so-called attorney general will apparently stop at nothing to do what Democrats do best, and that is punishing anyone who is successful and rewarding those who never worked or paid a dime in taxes in their entire lives. That big bad mean box store is evil for actually wanting to make a profit.
Aren't these the same people who drove Walmart out of New Britain???
The Democrats!
When the x-Beer Salesman from New Britain, CT received three letters of intent from three Hartford Department Stores, he launched a public relations campaign that proposed WestFarms Mall Association had signed up - G.Fox, J.C. Penney and Sage Allen as major anchor clients in the proposed Mall.
But, the folks in the surrounding neighborhoods of single family homes in Newington, West Hartford and Farmington launched their counter attack, with two Court Case's against the WestFarms Mall Association, that generated certain controlling conditions on types of business that would not be allowed to locate in the Mall complex- no Super Food Markets, no Auto Repair Shops, etc.
