He won't release it because if he does right wing extremists will stop asking for it. The more they keep asking for it the foolish they all look.
Don't you realize that moderate people think this is a stupid issue, and as long as the extremists keep persisting, the President will come across as being reasonable, and rightwingers will come across like wingnuts.
The one he did release was already proven by document experts to be total fictitious.
