Cathy Ludlum of Manchester has spinal muscular atrophy and has relied on personal care assistants for more than 20 years. She's upset by a new executive order signed by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy that could ease the way for those personal-care attendants to unionize.
I wouldn't let a union slug touch me!
One of the best hospitals in the state is totally non-union--Hartford Hospital.
