The biggest waste of money in state history!
Tell me, where is CT long enough (with stops) for rail to reach "high speed?"
Rail proponents have never produced anything even resewmbling a study, much less a plan that anybody has approved.
If the money for the busway is forfeited, CT will not get it, the funds will go somewhere else fo a different "shovel ready" plan.
Goodbye jobs for CT. Goodbye anything!
