THIS BLOG RECEIVED A COMPLAINT.

"My post are being censored."

Yes. Mr. Sherwood, it's like playing a game of tag with your nonsense postings, that are very un-dignified for the position you hold within the new "Administration".

So they are deleted "sir".

I wouldn't even entertain a complaint from Sherwood if I were you. Just look at the source!

And in New Britain Mayor Timothy O’Brien will be making appointments to 27 city boards and commissions in the first weeks of his administration. Individuals — Democrats, Republicans and Unaffiliated voters — are welcome to submit their names and qualifications to be considered for a nomination to one of the volunteer boards where citizen oversight and participation can make local government more accountable to residents.

Mayor O'Brien asked for the resignations of all NB city commissioners, the procedural process that pass NB mayors have followed.

Commissions such as Police, Fire, Parks and Recreation, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Board of Finance and Taxation, Civil Service/Personnel and Veterans are mandated by the City Charter.

Special acts require the Board of Water Commissioners and the Fairview Cemetery Commission to be filled.

Other commissions that have been established or re-established by ordinance after Charter change in 2003 include the Arts, Building, City Plan, Aging, Persons with Disabilities, Youth and Family Services, Ethics, Human Rights and Opportunities,

Parking, Public Works, Health, Conservation, Ordinance Appeals Board and Housing Board of Appeals. Mayoral appointments will also be made for the Commission on Community & Neighborhood Development and the Municipal Economic Development Agency.

Who in their right minds would want to serve in a communist regime?

This poor guy, mayor of New Britain. His wife gets arrested for risking lives by blocking highway traffic during rush hour and now they are literally stealing city hall in NB from under him, copper rain gutters were stolen at West Main Street at City Hall.

It is a bit shocking that the government is censoring Mr. Sherwood. We'll have to wait for his book to come out to read up on his political insights.

I hope Frank gets a free copy of the book!

I can't believe anyone would even be interested in hearing what Sherwood has to say.

Where's the beef Mr. Sherwood?

If the wealthiest 1 percent of the population earn 19 percent of the income, they then pay 37 percent of the income tax. And the top 10 percent pay 68 percent of the tab. Meanwhile, the bottom 50 percent—those below the median income level—now earn 13 percent of the income but pay just 3 percent of the taxes.

If 46% of Americans don't pay taxes. There is no 99%.

Anyone with any sense would know enough to ignore Sherwood altogether...He should be deported to the forest that bears his surname.

I know that a village in New Hampshire is certainly not missing their idiot.

Let the crying begin. Any wagers on when O'Brien, Truworthy, Sherwood, Defronzo will start blaming Tim Stewart for everything?

Eight years of stable spending and taxes. Let the spending, taxing and whining commence.

Wait until the homeowners see their tax bills next year and besides they have a lot of nerve having more wealth than someone who never worked a day in their lives, so they rightfully should share some of that wealth with someone who deserves it more than they do just for being born.

It took only two weeks to start the Blame Bush eh Blame Stewart campaign. A hiring freeze but we get a shiny new full time communications director to schedule limitless press conferences to bash Bush dammit I mean Stewart.

Fantastic blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers? I'm planning to start my own site soon but I'm a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I'm completely confused .. Any recommendations? Thanks a lot!
