Anonymous said...: Having been on the scene for several years with this problem during the reigns of Lucian, Stewart and now the new kid on the block, I give all the credit to Tim Stewart who had a very favorable relationship with CCSU administration and the two Police Chiefs. Without Stewart, we would not have come as far as we have come as a neighborhood wanting to work with the officials.
