As the article states, this is a boondoggle of an epic proportion!
And the Bristol "road to nowhere" was money well spent? It took the state 50 years to build. Bristol has NO standing in New Britain's bus way. New Britain never stood in the way off their boulevard. But this stink hole in Bristol was ok?
