Year after year you put names forward and chose some people that the general public never heard of. Whats wrong with nominating people like Jim Sanders. He coached Midget football for some 20odd years he worked the "chain"crew at football for more than 45 years. he has been on the Board of Education for thirty years. WEhats wrong with you people?????????
To continue for Mr. Sanders.
Last uear he received a "life time achievment award" for his over thirty years on the BOE.
In recent years He received the "exchange Club" Man of the year for hisyears of coaching football , he was inducted to the College Hall Of Fame for his service to Football.
And with all this back ground and reccognition he has never received the honor of New Britains Hall of Fane. Your still my hero Mr, Sanders.
At least some people recognize that those who choose the recipients don't consider a lot of people until after they are dead! Too bad. I'll be those that are awarded posthumously would have liked it if they had been installed while still able to enjoy the priilege!
