A city hall source indicated that the envelope in question was addressed to the High school and no one knew what to do with it therefore, it hung around City Hall for a period of some nine days.
Now the time came to announce that a mysterious envelope just appeared, after they decided to open it.
Amazingly, our Mayor gets national press.

Second and worse bit of O'Briens incompetant,moronic,ignorant staff is that the envelope just layed there for NINE days before they decided to open it ortransfer it to the school dept which is about 199 steps away.

I befieve thats illegal to open somone elses mail. But again I uderstand it was postmarked TEXAS so maybe they thought they could intercept some information.
Do you really think that the radical likes of O'Brien's extremist crew would hesitate to stoop so low as to open someone else's mail, especially if it is postmarked Texas?

I would put nothing past them at all. How absolutely stupid for them to leave mail lay around for nine days and do nothing then all of a suddendecide toopen someone elses mail. Someone has to explain them selves.

Sounds like someone is fed up with working so hard to enable others to never have the need to work a day in their lives and now they even get tax refunds from Dictator Dan called earned income credit when they never paid a dime in taxes in the first place.
Better get a second job to pay the increasing taxes that will be needed to fund the growing population of takers who get everything they need totally free from the government.
Read Atlas Shrugged. In it the working, tax paying folks simply retire tired from government confiscating their hard earned money. No income producers no tax payers and the "system" collapses.
With this Obama economy it's getting close.

IN THIS CASE IT IS NOT EVEN THAT DIFFICULT, AS YOU CAN STILL SIMPLY VOTE WITH YOUR FEET. IF ALL THE TAX PAYING, WORKING PEOPLE SIMPLY MOVE OUT OF THE CITY, THERE WILL BE NO ONE LEFT TO FUND THE FREE RIDE FOR ALL THE DEMOCRATS AND THEIR SOCIALIST EMPIRE WILL COLLAPSE.
