It won't matter because they leave faster than the city can hire replacements, apparently fleeing the radicals that are in charge at city hall and on the police commission.

Huge deficit and this idiot is hiring 37 police officers? If the deficit they alledged was structural, meaning it would creatre an annual hole in the budget, then wheer in gods name are they getting the $3.5 million to hire all of these officers? Spin that one in the media Philly Cream Cheese!
You're going to need the extra officers because as conditions deteriorate in the city as a result of the socialist policies destroying the city, crime will be skyrocketing and you will need all the cops you can get to fight the rampant crime that will result from this failed administration.
