Property tax collections to start downward trend – USATODAY.com
I am sure that New Britain will have to adjust their expection of the downward trend of property values and the abillity to collect the assesed taxes with this bad economy.

This just means that the commies in power will have to jack up the tax rate on the remaining small portion of the public who still work and pay taxes to keep funding the free ride for all the Democrats who have never worked a day in their lives and live completely off those who are still dumb enough to work for a living.
I'm sure assessments on the West End will remain up there.
Someone has to pay for the ever increasing free stuff these liberals love to hand out like candy.
