With the recent edition of the "Hardware City Journal" the talk around town is that it is believed its hidden editor of this paper is none other than Phil Sherwood.
The text or copy of the Mayor's state of the city address, that appeared on its front page, has given the reading public the impression that Phil wrote the article for the paper.
A source at city hall has indicated that Phil has been asking for all city advertising be given to this paper.
Is there a conflict surfacing?

Nobody, not even Phil Sherwood would direct all advertising to this rag.
Sherwood will find some way to use taxpayer money to finance his newspaper. Using taxpayer money to finance its' politics is a common tactic of the Democratic party. They learned how to do it by Studyng the socialist party.
Just who's newspaper is it? Nick Paonessa comes to mind.
My view of Sherwood is that if you disagree with him, that is if you fail to follow his radical socialist agenda, he becomes as mean as a skittle full of rattle snakes!

Wasn't it Sherwood when he was on the council who opposed publishing the legal notices online simply so that the city could unnecessarily spend thousands of dollars for legal notices in the Herald all as a way to reward the Herald for their extreme left wing radical reporting?
Well folks, keep voting in the same people and you get the same result..........TAX, TAX, TAX - SPEND, SPEND, SPEND. They did it last time and are already doing it again. WHY do you think Connecticut is FIRST in everything WRONG? Vote for them again but don't ask WHY the next time.
Why are the teachers are upset? How about the GA -the General Assembly proposing legislation to MANDATE schools to teach union history and collective bargaining without EVER having mandated teaching U.S. History, The Constitution, etc.
How about the Governor's unconstitutional forced unionization of child care and patient care workers?
And, how about the proposal to lay more taxes on heating oil?
Think maybe the Bulletin doesn't even understand why everyone is up in arms, not just teachers?
So let's see the high school drop out rate is terrible. Kids are failing in schools everywhere in state of Connecticut. The teachers can never be fired except for sexual assault. And the teacher's union is worth like a billion dollars and acts as an insurance company for the politicans. Sound like we agree with the Governor Malloy on his education agenda.
