So basically the judge is saying that the legislators are lying to the people of Connecticut by claiming this doesn't free the 11 already on death row--especially since the US Supreme Court has already ruled on this subject.

I suppose once it becomes public, the Democrats will do what they do best and proclaim their ignorance.
