In this article Mayor O'Brien was never quoted but the newspaper claimed to have received this information by his office with many comments from his czar, Phil Sherwood.
The citizens and taxpayers need to hear this information directly from the "elected official" and not his appointed "czar."

Of course O'Brien was never quoted because it is quite obvious that Tsar Sherwood runs the city because it is becoming more and more clear that we have a mayor who is incapable of making a decision and is clearly incapable of even speaking for himself.

The current Mayor of New Britain is known as "The Working Families" Mayor.
I think most people think of the current mayor simply as Sherwood's puppet.
