What's Massachusetts Got On Connecticut?
Massachusetts seems to attract and retain jobs, in part by resisting tax increases and new costs on employers and workers. On spending, taxation and regulation, Massachusetts manages to maintain a degree of moderation.
Massachusetts balanced its state budget on time and without tax increases in 2010 and 2011. Massachusetts trimmed its general fund spending during recent economically-challenging years, while Connecticut's continued to grow. Connecticut enacted a major tax increase last year. Massachusetts did not.
We've got Dictator Dan. Enough said.
Another liberal law they are choking on.
