Upon the news of Governor Walker's victory over the unions, I sat down and drank an ice cold can of non-union Coca-Cola in celebration!

I saw on the news today that since Governor Walker freed the slaves and gave his state employees freedom of choice over whether or not to belong to the union, more than 40,000 state employees have cancelled their union membership. Living in Connecticut, it is hard to believe there are places in the country where you can't be forced against your will to belong to an organization you despise but are forced to pay their dues like a prisoner in a Nazi concentration camp.

If unions are so wonderful, why must you be forced to belong against your will, and if they are so wonderful, why are all these state employees fleeing them like the plague now that they enjoy the freedom we will never have in socialist Connecticut?

way to go! squash those unions like bugs!

Just like everywhere else "the people" in Wisc. are clearly fed up with unions.

Despite all the cheating and busing in thugs from out of state, it still wasn't enough to steal the election.

If the people they were showing on TV represent all of the union membership, they are some dirty, filthy people.

We need a guy like Walker in Hartford to replace the union puppet we have.

The silent majority has spoken!

Now we just need to get that toad Obama out of office.

The unions did this to themselves by becoming so immersed in the political process using our tax dollars to fund candidates hostile to the public interest and the taxpaying public. They were done in by greed. They were not satisfied having the right to bargain collectively. They insisted on controlling the political process through forced union dues. And it all started with forced unionization, a distinctly un-American practice. And once freed from union membership, the employees fled in droves.

The silent majority has ROARED!!!!

Where can I get a bumper sticker that reads "Wisconsin is open for business while Connecticut is in lockdown"?

My favorite Bible Verse:

Ecclesiastes 10:2 - The heart of the wise leans to the right, the heart of the fool to the left.

The bible tells us that New Britain is clearly overrun with fools!

I'm not sure how many times liberals have to be defeated for them to realize we don't want their socialist vision for America. I guess the silent majority will have to keep defeating them until they simply go away. To all the liberals out there, don't go away mad, just go away!

CNN reports that Walker narrowly won.

I had no idea a double digit 200,000 vote victory was narrow. Must be that liberal math learned in an inferior union public school. Next time find a non-union private school and you'll be able to add past 10 without taking off your shoes!

I don't even like Coke, but now that I know it is non-union, I'll have to choose it over Pepsi.

You just figuring out how slimy most unions are?

bout time the unions get put in their place.

Will the idiotic liberal dems get the message?
I doubt it.
But I'll thoroughly enjoy the victory!
I'm sure an apology for wasting all of our time and $ will be forthcoming from the unions, won't it?

Union teachers are going to be in a foul mood today. If I was a student I would take the day off.

As Americans who still have jobs head off to work today, the teleprompter Ombama guy’s top two groomers, the overbearing, I-get-to-tell-you-what-you-can-eat Michelle Obama and power crazed Valerie Jarrett are frantically searching for answers to how Wisconsin and the re-election of Lieutenant governor Rebecca Kleefisch in Wisconsin could have happened.

I guess I am not the only one in America who chooses to avoid doing business with any company that employs unions???

The thugs tried to steal the governor's office, crapped up the capitol, stunk up the state and crapped all over the lawn of the state house. Yesterday the people have spoken!

I can hardly wait to see the millions of dollars worth of damage liberal union members will cause as they protest. It certainly must be easy to destroy property when you never worked a day in your life and never paid a dime in taxes, so you have absolutely no skin in the game and couldn't care less whose property you destroy.

I am proud to have been part of the effort to stop the scum from taking over a state:

You did it! We have defeated the RECALL and both Governor Scott Walker and Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch have won their campaigns!

Thank you all so very much for all you have done these many, many months to help make this victory possible.

The magnitude of this victory now also means that Wisconsin will indeed be "in play" for the November General Election and we can steal away Wisconsin's 10 Electoral Votes from Barack Obama.

The best part of the story is that over 40,000 formerly union state employees have already told the union to go straight to hell since they now have the freedom to choose whether or not they belong to a sleazeball union.
