Just try and get someone in New Britain to enforce these laws? You could probably balance the city budget on the number of fines that could be given out.
I'll bet Sherwood could even get more fines for these violations than he did from arresting little old ladies for pushing a shopping cart home with their groceries in it.
Isn't the parking fine in New Britain only $10?
The Democratic State Treasurer parks wherever she pleases, whenever it pleases her. She is entitled to do this because, she's a Liberal Democrat and she feels your pain.
....not to mention that she is entitle to misuse the wrong plate on her car and the law doesn't apply to her simply because she is a high level Democrat. Imagine the outcry if a similar situation had surfaced about Governor John Rowland--who to date is the longest serving Governor in the history of Connecticut!
