LANDLORDS OF NEW BRITAIN PLEASE BE REMINDED!
The fair rent commission issue is going to be discussed at the July 10th By the Sub-committee of the Common Council, The Planning and Zoning Committee at 7PM.
This proposal is to deny the landlords the ability to add to their tenant's rents any fees charge by the city such as added fees for Garbage removal, etc.
Please be there to voice your objection to this liberal stance by your Mayor to taxing the rich for services for the poor.

Mayor Sherwood is at it again.
It is about time someone stopped those evil rich landlords from making money off the poor. They will be forced to give their rents away to the poor, just like a welfare agency!
And it is only going to get worse
