I thought Arch St was targeted to be a healthcare related zone, which is why we built EMS as an anchor. If this is true, perhaps a speech clinic can be jump-started as the Mayor and his Chief of Staff can be patients 1 and 2. Both obviously have no knowledge of how to communicate with the public. Patient three can get mental health counseling......you know who he is.

There is a reason there is no businesses on Arch street. It is a bad place for business. Broad street is doing well because the people of the community made it that way. Arch street is the way it is for the same reason.

Frank this asinine move to create a program to stimulate new businesses on Arch Street is yet another general fund obligation plowed on top of our already fragile budget that was adopted by this idiotic common council! They have added over $1.1m to the costs to taxpayers for a new down payment assistance program and now this! Are the [people on the city council that stupid? (Rhetorical question)
Time to gtfoh people! This type of behavior is typical of liberal dems in charge. Pander to your special intersets now Puerto Ricans and business people(many of whom do not support these liberals anyhow).

How can a business locate there when you take your life in your hands just walking on the street?
