What Nancy Pelosi didn't want us to know until after the healthcare
bill was passed. Remember she said, "pass it and then read
it!!." Here it is!

Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to
all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.
Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an
individual's bank account and will have the authority to make
electronic fund transfers from those accounts.
Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the
government) for all union members, union retirees and for
community organizations (such as the Association
of Community Organizations for Reform Now -
ACORN).
Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section
will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their
right mind come up with that?)
Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same
regardless of specialty, and the government will set all
doctors' fees.
Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care
according to the patient's age.
Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on
exception.
Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care
planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be
required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five
years. (Death counseling.
Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify
which doctors can write an end-of-life order.
HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on to identify:
"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to
members of Congress. Members of Congress are already
exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded
private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on
our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick
'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."

While I respect your desire to be a citizen journalist, there should be some responsibility with your desire.
This list has been debunked so many times, as different authors come up, it is a blatant lie.
What's worse, is that it inaccurately quotes a bill that never passed in 2009.
Come on, Frank - there are people who depend on you for news, be responsible.

Republicans don't really care. If they did they wouldn't have gone on vacation when the country needs them. I hope congress is having a great vacation while many of us Americans are out of work and looking for their next meal.

Frank, I am not sure I see your point? First, what does your reponse have to do with the factual errors involved with the phony judges message?
Second, the Patient Care and Affordable Health Care act is approximately 906 pages (not nearly 8,000) as passed. I have read it, but I am guessing you have not yet done so. It is good reading and I highly recommend it.

APPARENTLY YOU HAVE IGNORED MY REPLY WHNE I STATED THAT THE CONGRESS ADDED AND ADDITIONAL 7,000 PAGES AFTER PELOSI RECEIVED HER APPROVAL OF THE ORGINAL VEERSION OF LAW. i HAVE READ ALL THE PAGES INCLUDING THE ADDITIONAL.

And, why would your readers trust you if you knowingly posted a falsehood simply to follow a personal agenda?

Dear Frank, feel free to not answer, as of yet, you have not answered my question any way. Having said that, how, I wonder, do you decide that my comments are liberal when all I did was point out that your post was a falsehood.
As to the additional pages of regulations, every act and bill is appended with regulations, to make believe that this is something sinister, or new, is also a falsehood. I would have thought an objective citizen journalist would have been thankful for the information.
And, for the heck of it, I'll ask again, why did you post a known falsehood?
