According to the collector’s tax records, (as of 9/14) Luisa Leal has not paid her motor vehicle taxes for two years for a 2005 Hyundai Sonata:
2010 taxes that would have been due by July 1, 2011: $187.84, plus interest of $25.38, for a total of $213.22,
2011 taxes that would have been due by July 1, 2012: $189.74, plus interest of $8.55, for a total of $198.29.
The total back taxes, including interest through the month of September is $411.51

It should be a requisite of the nomination of candidates that they all are paid up on their taxes.
Otherwise, they lack credibility and no one will care about their opinions.

It would seem much easier to list the number of elected officials who actually paid their taxes. What ever happened to these people being held to a higher standard and setting an example for the rest of us? Instead it seems as if these are the elite class that are above the same law that the rest of us must obey. Seems as if cronyism must play a part in deciding who to actually collect taxes from, in other words if you are a nobody then you must pay.
She is more concerned with putting condoms in the hands of our children than paying her taxes.
