Alderman Rha-Sheen Brown of the New Britain Common Council makes the list of tax delinquents with his DBA known as “The Holy Ground Entertainment." According to the records of the tax collector’s office, under this trade name, Mr. Brown reportedly owes 5 years of back taxes for personal property taxes for the years of 2003 through 2007 amounting to a total delinquency of $386.87.

It would seem it would be easier to report on the members of the council who actually do pay taxes!
Ohhhh wait, he owed about $14,000 total when he was running for office, after he was elected it was about $7,000. And then he worked out a deal for $50 per paycheck to go towards his back taxes. Here is the kicker HE ONLY GETS 4 CHECKS A YEAR !!! Only in NB folks, you can't make this stuff up. And his wife who is now a police commissioner and city employee ( made up job) gets $47,000 per year from the city.
It's called lack of personla responsibility! These are the kinds of people that the small majority have been electing to the city government for several years. Blame yourselves for continuing to vote blindly for d's and not even give a second look to the r's in the races!

Hey Rha-Sheen, why not pay your taxes first before supporting making other people pay more?
Not for nothing, but owing less than $400 seems like an oversight.

It's time for hope and change!
The Christian thing to do is pay your own taxes before taxing others.
