What happened to turning this into the largest homeless shelter in the state with druggies and derelicts swarming the neighborhood each day?
Did the Sherwood Administration not get their way on this?
Would that be a community center that would suddenly turn into a homeless shelter overnight?
A non-taxable community center versus taxable housing that was proposed last year but the democrats on the council chased out of New Britain?
