Well known City resident Alton Brooks will now have the distinction of having a street named after him. The new street in Pinnacle Business Park will be named Alton Brooks Way:
But Mr. Brooks neglected to pay his current taxes.

Celebrate someone who doesn't pay their taxes while viciously punishing the hardworking people who do actually pay their taxes.
"any constable or other officer authorized to serve any civil process may serve a warrant for the collection of any tax assessed, and the officer shall have the same authority as the collector concerning taxes committed to such officer for collection."
I guess it doesn't say that the constable has to pay his taxes first!
