LANDLORDS, PROPERTY OWNERS, AND DEVELOPERS:

Law Suit discussions, by all of the above interested parties, regarding the new unit licensing fee being imposed onto the city's landlords by the common council of the city of New Britain.

This meeting is scheduled to be held this coming Tuesday evening at Roma's restaurant at 6 P.M.

Let us hope that cooler minds will prevail during this meeting not like what happened at the council special meeting this week.

Agree that cooler heads should prevail. The news stations made the landlords look like thugs and I'm worried threatening a lawsuit will only turn the public against us.

Oh Pa,Leez! Someone is worried about property owners loosing their cool? Something is upside down here. The mayor and his sidekick are the thugs and you know when a thug pushes too far.... some thug thumping is bound to happen.

Please recall that Alderman Carlozzi did mention that there are 165 single home listed for sale not counting those that are listed by owners. He also stated that property values for NB are going down.

I'll bet the majority of these owners voted for O'Brien and his entire Democratic slate because they all know Democrats are for the "people." They voted for these clowns, and now they are getting what they deserve. Keep voting for Democrats you morons!
