To suggest that President Obama had "some success" on counterterrorism because he was dragged off of the golf course, given a jacket to cover his gulf shirt to hide the fact, then took enough time for a photo opt is absurd. Obama does not want a "foreign policy", because his agenda is to divert this nation's military protection expense to expanding his vote buying of dollars for his welfare system.
