Effective on January 1 2013 All retailers are ordered to levee a new tax for wireless phone cards that are purchased. The new tax is $1.34 per phone card. This is called E9-1-1 fee and is just another way to tax the people who can least afford it.

The Democrats raised another tax on the poor people, so what in the world does that have to do with the Republicans?
Am I missing something here?
