Notice to parking ticket scofflaws from either out of town and in town residents be advised that the Common Council of the City of New Britain has authorized the towing of any cars with three outstanding tickets.
Therefore, pay your outstanding tickets or don't park within the city limits.

I'll believe it when I see it. They can't seem to get anyone to pay their taxes--not even elected officials--so why would anyone believe they are going to collect parking tickets?
They should start with City Hall. Just put up a gate when you leave, and if you owe taxes or tickets you cant drive out unless they are paid.
