Right out of the play book of Saul Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals" which seems to be the manifesto of the extremist group in charge of city hall:
RULE 12: “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.

Sounds like the extremists that ran Walmart out of New Britain with one radical protest after another and the 170 jobs Walmart took with them--and don't forget the taxes Walmart no longer pays to the city as a result.
The wackos on the council named a street after a tax delinquent, so why not name the parking lot at the old Walmart store with 5 foot weeds growing out of it in honor of Sherwood? Wouldn't that be a fitting monument to the monumental stupidity emanating out of the mayor's office under his watch?
