If anyone believes that a radical extremist like Malloy would actually cut millions from social programs then I have a nice bridge in Brooklyn you might be interested in buying.

Today's Journal Inquirer reports that if you buy your liquor in Massachusetts, you pay $9 per bottle less state tax on each bottle of liquor or wine than if you bought that same bottle in Connecticut. The moral of the story is to save $9 per bottle by buying your booze in Mass and while you are there fill up your gas tank for 30 cents less per gallon less than in Connecticut, buy your cigarettes for the lower cigarette tax, and while you are there, you might as well go clothing shopping because Massachusetts does not charge a sales tax on clothing either.
