Nursing homes plagued by strike declares bankruptcy


HealthBridge: Union benefits drive up costs

Five Connecticut nursing homes in a heated labor dispute with striking union workers filed for bankruptcy Sunday, claiming the cost of union pensions and health benefits forced them to take this step.

It appears that Stop & Shop might be going on strike because the company is advertising for replacement workers.

Could be the first time I ever shop there to show my support for the company against the union scum!

What ever happened to the criminal investigations about switching wristbands so that the replacement nurses would give the wrong medications to the wrong patients?

I'll bet if you talk to the patients you might even find that they are getting better care now than they ever did with the lazy good for nothing union slugs working there.
