Anonymous said...: Um, really. The disclaimer is funny as sherwood is a punk. Though sherwood did not file and ethics complaint. He filed an elections complaint. There's a difference and he's right on this one. The fact the site advocates the electoral defeat of someone and it is not associated with a candidate committee or PAC makes it an illegal expenditure. There will be fines, just a question of how much.
Pretty sure Sherwood will get the last laugh on this one. Someone with some brains or understanding of election law should be looking over our friends lobbing the attacks.; February 6, 2013 at 5:57 PM
