Cheshire, Ct. is anticipating a tax increase of nearly 38% if the legislature approves Malloy's recommendations of eliminating the Pilot program along with elimination of the car taxes.
One can only assume that the City of New Britain faces a similar circumstance with its Mayor still promising no tax increase and we will all have to see what he plans to say at his "Mayor's State of the City Address" Wednesday Evening.
Will it be taking more funds from the Water Department?

Ending the car tax is just another socialist plan by Despot Dan to redistribute the wealth from those evil rich people who have the gall to have more wealth than people who never worked a day in their lives to those who our communist dictator believes deserve your money more than you do.
By outlawing the car tax, he is ending one more tax on the people who don't work or pay a dime in income taxes but happen to own a car. By shifting the additional burden to homeowners and businesses he will create an even larger group that has no skin in the game because they live totally free off of the taxpayers while having continually voting for socialists to keep their free gravy train flowing. It is just one piece of the puzzle in Despot Dan's master plan to create a total entitlement society. Communism is alive and well in Connecticut.
It's outrageous how Americans will follow one lie after another. Liberalism is Inquisition. You're under marshal law, folks. Liberalism is an application of anti-reason. They lie, you believe whatever they tell you, next generation along the path to transformation they are in your classrooms converting your children to some foreign religion kowtowing to federal regulations so they can keep the money flowing. You didn't know that, because you aren't wiling to think. You imagine that because leadership looks the part there's salvation in their con.
