It is amazing that the New Britain Herald Had posted an article dated March 7th. that the City of New Britain will update its website with the city hiring a firm called CGI to complete this work citing that this project will be paid for by the National League of cities. On the very next day the Herald printed a correction that the League would not be providing this cost.
One could only assume this has become another hidden cost, being paid by the city, with the taxpayers not being informed that they are the payees

If that is how they did it, then I am confident their ghost publisher in city hall must have wanted it that way.
The Herald has a hard time telling the truth.
This problem rests squarely upon the shoulders of its' editors, both past and present.
They conscientiously allow lies and distortions to be printed in order to advance their Lib Dem political agenda.
makes me ashamed that I delivered that piece of crap door to door when I was a teenager.
What will they do when they run out of taxpayers to bilk for their communist utopia?
