Many of the media are debating the issue that the 19 year old Boston bombing suspect is a Naturalized American and deserves to be mirandized. Since the two brothers eventually became enemy combatants, the Benedict Arnold's outcome should be the judgement made in a military tribunal, not a US Criminal Court of Law. In this case, Senator Lindsey Graham is correct. He is an enemy combatant.
If these 2 were Mexicans and illegal aliens instead of Russians who became US citizens and actually belonged here, I doubt they would be charged with anything by this administration. Instead they would probably be deported, or would they even be punished that severely?
