Mayor O’Brien has unveiled the "Mayor's Proposed Budget" for fiscal year July 1.2013 - JUNE 30, 2014 and at a first glance there are several areas of concern. One of the first areas of concern was the fact that his office could even manage to put a readable copy of the budget up on the city website. A Legal Notice of said Budget was published on Saturday, April 13, 2013, page 18 of New Britain Herald.; April 15, 2013 at 3:15 PM
