Nick go for it. Make the city collect the Five and a half million dollars for the next 25 years from HRA
This could mean that the court may force the Mayor and all the aldermen that voted for the approval of the HRA taxes to be personally liable for all the money owed to the city.
This of course would end their political carriers.
Please move forward with this Nick. You will be a City hero.
